The private flood insurance is a division of SJR Insurance. At SJR Insurance we specialize in insuring condominium and homeowners associations; because of our large book of condominium business we are always looking for new products for our associations. One of the newest products that came out in 2012 was private flood insurance for condo's and HOA's. We have been able to save many of our condo accounts several thousands of dollars in premium. Since that time we have expanded into homes and business risks.
